Crew Management &
Payroll System
Developed to manage the crewing requirements of Off Shore Standby
Vessels. The system controls the personnel onboard and
on shore up to 20 Standby Vessels. A detailed history is kept
of each crew member consisting of their service on each vessel,
clothing & safety equipment issues and rank.
The Payroll Module calculates the wages on a monthly bases along
with any travelling expenses and bonuses.
The application was designed using Access XP and runs on a Citrix
network.
FAMS (Financial Administration & Management System)
Specifically developed to calculate loan repayments for local
government projects. The system was developed under Access 97 and
runs on an Windows 2000 network.
Retail &
Wholesale Dress Hire System
Designed to meet the requirements of a client who specialize in
hiring formal & dress hire to both the retail and whole sale market
sector. The system had to be flexible, scaleable and handle the
peculiarities of both the retail & wholesale sectors of the trade.
The system runs on an Access 2000 front-end and SQL 2000 backend.
The system supports 20 users running Windows 2000/XP workstations
and a Windows Advanced Server 2000 LAN networks. The system is also
accessed via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) which allows remote
users to connect to the system at very low costs.
Off Shore Rental Software
Specifically designed to tract the movement of hired stock items on
a global basis, producing detailed management reports and
calculating depreciation on stock items.
The package produces all invoicing and purchase orders against
individual contracts. The system runs under Windows 2000 and is
multi user.
Fire Brigade Payroll
Software
Specifically designed to meet the complicated requirements of the
Fire Brigade. The application processes pay details for up to 1,500
firemen for both Retained & Auxiliary Fire Fighters.
The application includes facilities for processing special payments,
training courses, special duties, holiday entitlement and sick
leave. The application was initially designed in DataEase 4.53, but
has now been migrated to Microsoft Access. It is a multi user
application and runs on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server. |
